This module operates, manages and controls through an electronic workflow all the processes of the donation process starting from receiving the donation, updating the inventory, issuing receipts and passing all the accounting entries. Moreover, the OPTIMUM Charity Fund Management module has a built-in Donors Relationship Management (DRM) system, which covers all the requirements of the enterprise.

OPTIMUM Aid Management covers all type of aid management whether these aid contributions are in form of cash or physical and whether there are repetitive or a onetime support. The OPTIMUM Aid Management module operates, manages and controls through an electronic workflow all the processes of managing aid, starting from scheduling aid, distributing aid, updating the inventory, issuing payment, issuing coupons and passing all the accounting entries.  Moreover, this module has a built-in Needy Relationship Management (NRM) system, which covers all the requirements of the enterprise.

For all the other enterprise functionalities OPTIMUM Charity Fund Management consists of an electronic workflow with a built-in archiving and document management system to operate, manage and control the supply chain, purchasing and accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, time attendance as well as all human resources and payroll operations.

In addition, OPTIMUM Charity Fund Management is linked to an online/real-time activity based cost financial and accounting system. This system offers multi-currency and multi-company options along with a built-in budgeting feature, covering all financial reporting requirements as per the International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).
