Setup
The basic setup of the Appointment module includes the following parameters:
- types of sessions or treatments, by employee, together with weight coefficients for productivity and bonus calculations
- types of insurance with detail of coverage
- types of visit such as first, follow-up, etc., for pricing structure
- user-defined colors for display of each employee’s appointment lists

Data Input

All the necessary data regarding patients may be recorded:
- Personal information
- Contacts and addresses, as well as referral
- Accounting and insurance setup in order to automate the billing process
- Approval of the Insurance Company
- Direct links to payments history, attendance history, sales records, etc.
Processing
- Scheduling employees’ timetables based on calendar, working days, working hours, time slots according to treatments performed

- Easy appointment making thanks to total overview of the time slots available, for any future date, with search by employee or by hour preferred
- Input of attendance and automatic invoicing with links to credit and insurance checks
- Processing of payments received based on attendance

Data Retrieval
A full set of formatted reports is available in the Report Generation menu, including:
- Statistics per employee, such as productivity reports
- Statistics per patient, such as number of visit/treatments, punctuality report, etc.
- Daily activity reports
On-screen, several searches of vacant and taken time slots are available, per employee or per time slot, for any period of time for which scheduling has been done, allowing the clinic manager or reception to be perfectly aware of all the possibilities, as well as able to view all the stored information and processed data.
